This is can be a part time or a flexible, pick-up shift opportunity — perfect for those who want to make a meaningful difference in children's lives on a schedule that works for them. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing in-home childcare during scheduled pick-up shifts Supervise children's safety and well-being at all times in the home environment Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences Assist with meals, snacks, and basic hygiene routines as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and guardians regarding the child's day Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment Follow family-specific routines, preferences, and care instructions Requirements: Prior experience in childcare, teaching, nanny, or a related child development and child caregiving role Reliable, punctual, and able to pick up shifts on a flexible schedule Strong communication skills and a warm, patient demeanor with children Must pass background check Must have CPR and First Aid certification Trustworthy, professional, and comfortable working independently in a home setting Must be located in or near far north Dallas communities such as McKinney, Princeton, Little Elm, Frisco, and Allen Must have reliable transportation About Shifts: Shifts are 6-8 Hours Shifts can start as early as 7 AM Shifts can be in the evenings occasionally but not overnight
