Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. You retain access to paid features until that date.
Refunds
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as described below or where required by applicable law.
We will issue a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge — if you were charged twice for the same billing period, or were billed after a successful cancellation, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
- Service unavailable — if the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period and we were unable to restore access, we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.
- Required by law — for residents of jurisdictions with statutory cancellation/withdrawal rights (e.g., the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right), refund requests made within the legally required window will be honored.
No partial-period refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or downgrades made mid-cycle.
How to request a refund
Email support@gohealthcarejobs.com from the email address on your account, including the date of the charge and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve the issue faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to contact us may result in suspension of your account.
