By accessing or using Go Healthcare Jobs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Go Healthcare Jobs is a job board that aggregates publicly available healthcare job listings from third-party sources. We do not employ candidates, do not represent employers, and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. All hiring decisions are made by the listing employer.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Pricing, features, and billing cadence are disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings or other Service content in bulk;
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to employers or candidates;
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Third-Party Content

Job listings, employer information, and external links are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Apply at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Healthcare Jobs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
