• Cookies & similar technologies: required cookies for authentication and session management, plus advertising and analytics cookies/pixels (including the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc.) used to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed on our site, and a hashed version of your email if you're signed in.

Personal identifiers shared with Meta are hashed before transmission where applicable.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@gohealthcarejobs.com. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records).

• Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Use industry opt-out tools from the NAI and the DAA.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies will prevent the Meta Pixel from loading.

8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our use of the Meta Pixel may constitute "sharing" under California law.
