POSITION OVERVIEW

The Office Manager oversees front desk operations, IT, payroll, bookkeeping, and staff benefits. This role requires organization, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced senior living environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise front desk staff and manage daily operations

* Oversee IT, network, and communications systems

* Process payroll and assist with in-house bookkeeping, reporting irregularities to Administrator

* Maintain accurate census and resident records

* Manage staff benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and holidays

* Report needed repairs, unsafe conditions, or workplace incidents

* Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

* High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred (Accounting/Management)

* 3+ years of office management or administrative experience

* WA State Driver’s License required

* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, ADP payroll, and general computer/network systems

* Strong multitasking, communication, leadership, and organizational skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Lift up to 25 lbs; push 250 lb carts or residents as needed

* Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand motions
