WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Provide direct nursing care in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting * Administer and document medications according to physician orders * Monitor resident health status and communicate changes appropriately * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, QIDPs, and interdisciplinary team members * Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health record systems * Complete medication counts and monitor medication inventory * Provide clinical guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals and Medication Technicians * Participate in care planning and resident advocacy * Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and resident needs * Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
* Active North Carolina LPN License * Strong communication and documentation skills * Experience with electronic health records * Valid North Carolina Driver's License
PREFERRED
* Experience in long-term care, residential care, developmental disabilities, pediatrics, or ICF settings * CPR/BLS Certification (Adult & Pediatric)
New graduates, nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings, and experienced nurses seeking a more relationship-centered environment are encouraged to apply.
