Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for The Primary Health Network in Clarion, Pennsylvania. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide outpatient behavioral health services including screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual therapy. Manage an independent outpatient caseload while collaborating with primary care providers and interdisciplinary support staff. Deliver evidence-based counseling services focused on improving patient outcomes. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing established electronic medical record systems. Participate in integrated care planning while supporting the organization's mission of expanding access to behavioral healthcare. Opportunity for a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote workdays each week following onboarding and operational approval. WHY CLINICIANS ARE APPLYING Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. No call responsibilities. Hybrid opportunity with up to two remote workdays weekly. Average caseload of approximately five patients per day. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000+ based on experience. Annual quality and productivity bonus. Health insurance with approximately 80% employer-paid coverage. Employer-paid malpractice coverage and license renewal fees. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Ability to independently provide outpatient behavioral health services. Experience completing behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Ability to collaborate within an integrated healthcare team. Newly licensed and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
