Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an outpatient behavioral health practice in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide outpatient behavioral health services for children and adolescents up to age 18. Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, individual therapy, and ongoing behavioral health interventions. Partner with families, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based therapeutic services. Manage a balanced outpatient caseload supported by experienced administrative and clinical staff. Practice within a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to pediatric behavioral healthcare. WHY CLINICIANS ARE APPLYING Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. No on-call responsibilities. Average caseload of up to 10 patients per day. HRSA and NHSC student loan repayment eligibility. PSLF eligible employer. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Experience providing behavioral health services to pediatric patients. Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. Strong communication and family-centered care skills. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary outpatient team. Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral healthcare.
