As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate who excels at relationship building.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.
What You’ll Do Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from clients Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community at events
What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through Positive attitude and coachable mindset Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
