Job Description The Front Desk Representative at Abbotswood at Stonehenge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for residents, families, guests, and team members. As the face of our community, this role plays a key part in fostering a friendly, secure, and engaging environment while supporting daily operations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. On Call - As needed for coverage for 1st , 2nd, or 3rd shift – Must be willing to learn and cover all 3 shifts if needed! 1st shift – 7:30am-4pm 2nd shift – 4pm-12am 3rd shift – 12am – 7:30am Pay Rate: $17/hour If you are flexible, enjoy working with people, and are committed to providing excellent service, we encourage you to apply! What will I do every day? Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community Assist residents with requests as needed Answer incoming calls Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Have excellent customer service skills 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience High school diploma or GED preferred Senior Living experience a plus Hotel experience a plus What’s in it for me?
