Front Desk Wellness Coordinator – Raleigh, NC $15–$18/hour Based on Experience + Bonus | Part-Time | In-Person We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Wellness Coordinator to join our Raleigh team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive, professional wellness environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and members upon arrival and complete check-in procedures Answer incoming phone calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems Process payments and support point-of-sale functions Educate patients on available membership and package options Support patient retention and clinic sales goals Maintain accurate records and complete basic reporting tasks Provide general administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations Help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional patient experience Compensation & Hours $15–$18 per hour, based on experience + monthly performance bonuses Bonus opportunities based on individual and clinic performance Approximately 25–35 hours per week Part-time, in-person position Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills 1+ year of sales experience required 2+ years of customer service experience preferred Prior front desk, receptionist, healthcare, wellness, or administrative experience preferred Comfortable using phone systems, scheduling software, electronic records, and point-of-sale systems Confident discussing services, memberships, and packages with patients Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, positive, and team-oriented Benefits Employee discount Part-time scheduling Bonus opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Job Type: Part-time to Full- time Work Location: In person – Raleigh, NC
