Starting Pay: $18.50-$22.50 Location: Independent Living at Sagewood
What you'll do:
Your role is to provide hands on care and assist residents as needed with their care and ADLs along with being a companion to the resident. Assists with helping to keep resident’s apartments tidy and other domestic duties as requested by the resident. By a companion and keep our seniors active while encouraging and respecting their independence.
* Ambulation and transfer assistance * Toileting, bathing, and grooming assistance * Wake up services and dressing assistance * Meal preparation * Organizational help * Ambulation support (pushing a wheel chair or accompanying for balance) * Errands (grocery and household goods shopping, etc.) * Companionship * Schedule and medication reminders * Maintain service plan tracking of all services performed * Know and understand resident’s expectations and meet those expectations within community policy * Inform Supervisor of any changing conditions that affect the resident’s ability to function independently

Who are you:
* Current Arizona Caregiver or CNA * Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and document care * Someone who provides high levels of customer care with compassion and heart * Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time * Maintain safe and sanitary work conditions * Flu vaccine required
