Client Services Manager Location: Tucson, Arizona (West) Schedule: Full-time Practice: Assistive Care Make a Difference Every Day BAYADA is seeking a Client Services Manager to support clients and care teams in our Tucson Assistive Care office. In this role, you’ll help coordinate dependable in-home services, build strong relationships with clients and families, and support the caregivers who make care possible. You’ll work closely with office and clinical colleagues to keep services running smoothly and help people remain safe and comfortable at home. What You’ll Do Coordinate client services and schedules, matching caregivers with client needs and availability. Respond to questions and service changes from clients, families, and caregivers with care and urgency. Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community organizations. Support caregiver recruiting, onboarding, communication, recognition, and retention. Monitor service quality and follow up on concerns, escalating clinical or safety matters to the appropriate team member. Maintain accurate records and assist with payroll, billing, authorizations, and other office operations. Work with office and clinical colleagues to improve service reliability and the client experience. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and respond calmly when schedules or needs change. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to work in an office setting and travel within the service area as needed. Ability to complete required background checks and pre-employment screening.
