WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Evaluate residents and participate in therapy screenings * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility and function * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve resident goals * Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress * Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Utah * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program * Strong clinical and assessment skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team * Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory requirements
