WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Evaluate patients and participate in therapy screenings * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and function * Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to achieve therapy goals * Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs * Maintain timely and accurate documentation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program * Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Utah * Strong clinical, assessment, and treatment skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team * Strong organizational and documentation skills
