Antonyan Miranda, LLP seeks to hire a skilled Case Manager to support our growing personal injury practice. This role is responsible for managing cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution and ensuring files are prepared for demand and settlement.
This position requires urgency, organization, professionalism, and a five-star client service mindset.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation or settlement
* Lead client onboarding and maintain organized, up-to-date files
* Order and review police reports, medical records, and billing
* Track medical treatment and damages development
* Communicate regularly with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
* Prepare and assemble demand packages
* Negotiate property damage claims (if applicable)
* Monitor liens and assist with settlement disbursement preparation
* Escalate cases to litigation when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience preferred
* Experience preparing demand packages
* Familiarity with California court rules procedures
* Ability to review medical records and summarize damages
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
