Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: Washington Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Summary The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide telehealth services to clients throughout Washington, with a focus on assessment, treatment planning, therapy delivery, and ongoing clinical documentation. This position requires sound clinical judgment, consistent follow-through, and the ability to provide structured care in a remote setting. The therapist will also participate in virtual consultations, trainings, and case reviews as part of the clinical team. Responsibilities Conduct telehealth intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions Document diagnoses, clinical impressions, and treatment recommendations Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress Complete EMR notes and required documentation in a timely manner Participate in virtual consultations, trainings, and case reviews Follow established escalation procedures when safety concerns arise Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT Master’s/Doctoral degree in a related field Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in clinical therapy preferred 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) Plan with 3% Company Match We’re currently accepting applications from qualified clinicians.
