Description University Physicians’ Association is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate part-time Phone Triage Medical Assistant to join our Endocrinology for Kids team in Maryville, TN. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and a seamless care experience. Strong familiarity with electronic medical records, patient assessment, and clinical protocols is essential.
