Overview

We are hiring a Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients of all ages across a variety of clinical settings. In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory illnesses and cardiopulmonary conditions, while partnering with patients, families, and healthcare teams to support positive outcomes. What you'll do Evaluate, treat, and manage patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions across multiple care settings. Perform respiratory care procedures, patient assessments, and ongoing evaluations of treatment effectiveness. Develop and implement respiratory care plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Educate patients and families on treatments, therapies, and respiratory health management. Document care accurately, completely, and timely in the electronic medical record. Who you are Licensed or eligible to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in accordance with applicable requirements. Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based respiratory care. Strong communicator who can effectively educate patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. Committed to maintaining accurate clinical documentation and delivering high-quality patient care. Holds required certifications based on patient population served, including Basic Life Support (BLS), and, as applicable, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
