Work Shift Various (United States of America) Job Summary: Responsible for assisting with the coordination of the daily operations for all preadmission activities, completing Rehab and LTRAX assessments, participating in the planning, organizing, and executing of the business development plan, and developing marketing strategies through social media to expand the general public's knowledge of the facility. Essential responsibilities accomplished by working closely with the Nurse Liaisons to convert referrals to admissions by providing responsive customer service and serving to promote WRWSH. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Provides Marketing support by understanding healthcare operations, trends, and data analytics to promote and establish contact with potential customers or referral sources. Creates and provides education materials for referral sources, physicians on services, programs, and outcomes. Delivers content for social media accounts. Assists DBD with coordination of Admissions with the following tasks, but not limited to maintaining tracking files, completing report emails, leading morning conference calls, assisting Nurse Liaisons and Admission Liaisons, providing facility tours, providing field coverage, collaborating with hospital directors and maintaining employee and patient confidentiality. Completes clinical evaluations by discussing with potential patients and families pre-admission and admission processes. Accurately performs assessments and completes pre-admission screens in a timely manner. Facilitates and coordinates with physicians and DBD as necessary for admission. Maintains compliance with Patient/Family-Centered care standards by providing information sharing, ensuring patients and families receive timely, complete, and accurate information to effectively participate in care and decision-making. Maintains compliance with RWSH Customer Service standards Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct. Required Minimum Education: Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing Required Bachelors Nursing-Preferred Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. BLS-I - Basic Life Support from American Red Cross or American Heart Association RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience as a RN.
