Our services include: Neurotoxins (Daxxify & Xeomin) Dermal Fillers Lip Enhancement SkinPen Microneedling Laser Hair Removal (Candela GentleMax Pro Plus) IV Hydration Therapy Medical Weight Management Peptide Therapy Wellness Optimization We are seeking experienced, energetic professionals who thrive in a fast-paced luxury medical environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences. Position Summary The Aesthetic Patient Coordinator & Medical Assistant serves as the face of our practice while providing both clinical and concierge-level support. This role is ideal for an experienced medical assistant with a strong background in medical aesthetics who enjoys building relationships, supporting providers during procedures, and ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience from consultation through follow-up. Responsibilities Clinical Support Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical readiness Assist providers during injectable and aesthetic procedures Prepare patients for Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, IV therapy, and wellness services Obtain vital signs and medical histories Capture high-quality before-and-after photographs Assist with treatment documentation within the EMR Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards Perform inventory management and supply ordering Clean and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Patient Experience Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth Educate patients on treatment preparation and aftercare Coordinate patient flow and scheduling Ensure every patient receives a luxury concierge experience Manage follow-up calls and treatment reminders Support financing options including Cherry, CareCredit, Klarna, Affirm, and HSA/FSA Sales & Practice Growth Educate patients on skincare and wellness products Promote memberships and treatment packages Encourage treatment plan completion and rebooking Assist with practice events and promotional campaigns Capture social media content when appropriate Qualifications Required Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred) Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice Experience assisting with cosmetic injectables Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Passion for aesthetics and patient care Preferred Experience with: Neurotoxins Dermal fillers Laser treatments SkinPen Microneedling IV Therapy Medical Weight Management PracticeQ, IntakeQ, Zenoti, Aesthetic Record, or similar EMR systems Medical photography Retail skincare sales Membership sales Schedule Full-Time Rotating weekends required Some evening hours may be required for patient events and practice growth initiatives Compensation & Benefits Compensation $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) with 3% employer match after one year of eligible employment Employee discounts on aesthetic and wellness services Professional development and continuing education opportunities Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Our Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves aesthetics and wellness Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences Is proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Has a positive, team-first attitude Thrives in a luxury healthcare environment Is excited to grow with a fast-expanding practice Why Join NPOC Wellness and Aesthetics?
