Inova Fairfax Hospital - ED - OB Triage is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:
* Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. * Reviews diagnostic test results and reports abnormal results and changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse, physician and appropriate healthcare team members in a timely manner. * Collaborates with the Registered Nurse on the execution of patient plans. * Assists with patient education and discharge planning under the direction of the Registered Nurse. * Evaluates and maintains the patient care environment to promote safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education: Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing * License: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia * Experience: 0 years of experience * Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
