Description Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at the JBS Craig Crisis Center in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or early-career provider to build a strong foundation in acute psychiatric care, working alongside an experienced, physician-led clinical team.

Position Highlights - Full-time, employed position at a dedicated psychiatric crisis center - 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 3 off schedule - Entry-level friendly – new graduate PMHNPs and PAs welcome - Work alongside an experienced, physician-led psychiatric team - Hands-on experience in acute/crisis psychiatric evaluation and stabilization - Comprehensive multidisciplinary support staff - Organization focused on long-term provider growth and mentorship
