Description Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Employment Type: Full-time Department: Surgery Job Summary The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that patients receive appropriate treatment and education. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare staff to deliver optimal patient care Educate patients and their families about treatments, medications, and health management Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed Advocate for patients' rights and well-being Requirements Qualifications: Active RN license in GA Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Nursing experience BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to Patients Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending Travel Required between centers Ability to respond quickly to medical emergencies Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement savings plan(401K)
