LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LCSW)
Location: Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The LCSW will provide comprehensive clinical social work services to patients and families while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess patients' psychosocial needs and provide appropriate clinical interventions, counseling, education, crisis support, and care coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluate patients' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
* Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
* Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing emotional or situational difficulties.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
* Relevant clinical social work experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
