Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Hermiston, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW • Overnight Behavioral Health RN role focused on psychiatric nursing care, medication administration, and patient advocacy • Opportunity to work independently overnight while supported by multidisciplinary behavioral health team • Structured behavioral health environment with established workflows and documentation processes • Clinical role supporting patient monitoring, education, and psychiatric care coordination • Four-night schedule providing long weekends and schedule consistency

SCHEDULE • Monday-Thursday overnight schedule • 36 hours weekly • Overnight behavioral health environment • Weeknight differential: +$2.50/hour • Weekend differential: +$4/hour

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide psychiatric nursing care within behavioral health setting • Administer and document medications accurately • Monitor vital signs and patient progress • Lead patient education and support activities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health team • Advocate for patient care and treatment needs • Maintain accurate behavioral health documentation
