$15–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
* Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques * Apply pit and fissure sealants * Take dental X-rays as needed * Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene * Help ensure smooth, efficient patient flow from reception to treatment * Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For
* Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification, or the ability to obtain certification * Previous dental assisting experience preferred * A proactive, patient-first mindset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A positive, professional attitude * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking candidates, are strongly encouraged to apply
Schedule
30 to 35 hours per week
We offer a split-shift schedule to provide variety and flexibility:
* Early shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM * Late shift: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM * Every other Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Example schedule: Monday & Tuesday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM; every other Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
