You, our Ideal Candidate As a valued member of our in-house team, not a contracted service, you support residents on their journey toward greater independence. You bring patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others thrive in their daily lives. Responsibilities * Completing and maintaining patient records, including evaluating and detailing resident progress * Planning, organizing, and conducting occupational therapy progress * Testing and evaluating residents' physical and mental abilities and analyzing medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents * Planning and implementing programs and social activities to help patients learn skills and adjust to handicaps
Requirements * Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program * Current Occupational Therapy license in Ohio * 3-5 years of related experience preferred * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
