The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Home Care Assistant Manager to join our team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Home Care Assistant Manager: * Oversees the private duty services in the community * Orientation and training of caregivers * Scheduling * Determines client needs and assigns appropriate personnel * Perform assessments, spot checks and meet and greets * Assist with payroll and billing * Maintains adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of client services * Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of personnel as applicable and all other federal, state, and accreditation regulations
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * Current CPR certification * CNA certification required * Good verbal communication skills required
