Open Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full-time schedule: 3.5 days per week PRN shifts also available

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ravenswood Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for those we serve.
You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care and meaningful daily support to residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about senior care and takes pride in making a difference.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience working in a long-term care or assisted living setting * Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility * Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature * Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse * Provide emotional support and companionship to residents * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment * Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team * Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided
