What You’ll Do:
* As a Preoperative RN, you’ll assess patients before surgery, ensuring they’re fully prepared for their procedures. * Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, answering any questions and providing reassurance. * Monitor patients’ vitals, review medical histories, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and safe experience. * Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
