You, our Ideal Candidate You are a compassionate and skilled nurse who is dedicated to delivering exceptional care. You take initiative, provide calm leadership, and foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining a safe and respectful care environment. Responsibilities * Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans * Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided * Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team * Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support * Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility * Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols * Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required
Requirements * Current RN license in the state of Ohio * Diploma from an accredited nursing program * Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred * Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
