Pay: New increased wages! $48 - $65 per hour, depending on licensure and experience

* Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management
* Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence
* Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
* Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
* Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
