Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Aurora, Colorado.
POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Certified Nurse Midwife role focused on gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum care • Opportunity to practice within collaborative women’s health environment serving underinsured and low-income populations • Stable weekday schedule with minimal phone-only call responsibilities • Strong clinical support structure with 1.5 Medical Assistants per provider • Established mission-driven healthcare organization with more than 30 years serving the community

SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday outpatient schedule • No night shifts • No weekend clinic requirements • Phone-only call rotation limited to 3-5 days quarterly • Outpatient women’s health setting
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary: $108,000-$125,000 annually • Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 • Medical insurance with 60% employer contribution • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match • 21 PTO days plus 7 paid holidays • $3,500 CME allowance plus 5 CME days • Relocation assistance available • Employer-paid licensure renewals • Employer-paid DEA renewals
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive gynecologic care • Deliver prenatal and postpartum care services • Support patients throughout the continuum of women’s health care • Collaborate within interdisciplinary outpatient care teams • Maintain accurate Epic EMR documentation • Serve underinsured and community health patient populations
