Caregiver (PRN) | $18–$21/hr | Flexible Hours | Bonuses Location: Mankato (within 30 mile radius of Mankato)

* You have flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule * You’re given clear information about each client before accepting a shift * You can reach the office when something comes up * You are supported—not left to figure things out alone

A member of our team introduces you to each new client before you work independently. You’ll know the routine, expectations, and exactly who to contact if you need help.

HOURS (PRN / AS NEEDED)
* Flexible, as-needed scheduling based on client needs * Opportunities to pick up day, evening, and overnight shifts * No guaranteed set schedule—ideal for those looking for flexibility * Ability to accept or decline shifts based on availability

PAY AND PERKS

TRAINING (NO SURPRISES)
* Online training (approximately 5 hours, unpaid) * Paid orientation * Ongoing training and support

REQUIREMENTS
* Valid Driver’s License * Reliable Vehicle * Up-to-date Auto Insurance * Ability to pass a Background Study * Caregiving experience preferred
