About the Role High Point Residence Fox Valley is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while supporting the dignity, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our nursing and wellness teams to ensure each resident receives individualized care aligned with their care plan.

Key Responsibilities • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Support residents during mealtimes and assist with feeding as needed • Take and accurately record vital signs • Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility • Observe and report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the nursing team • Respond promptly and courteously to call lights and resident requests • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents • Change bed linens, restock supplies, and assist with general housekeeping tasks • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Wellness Director or nursing supervisor

Qualifications • Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Preferred: • Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
