Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – The Villas at Suffield Meadows, Assisted Living Community Job Type: Part Time | Evenings

Schedule: 3pm- 11pm w/ Rotating Weekends

The Villa at Suffield Meadows, part of the Fauquier Health system, is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living services, a 12-bed secured memory care unit, and short-term respite care solutions. With a focus on dignity and personalized support, a dedicated team of compassionate staff provides high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment, promoting independence while enhancing each resident’s quality of life.

How you'll contribute

A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:

* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating while promoting independence and dignity 

* Monitor and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in physical or mental condition, reporting concerns to nursing staff 

* Support safe mobility by assisting with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids such as walkers or wheelchairs 

* Answer resident alarm pendants and respond to resident needs appropriately and promptly, ensuring timely assistance and safety 

* Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging engagement in daily activities and community programs 

* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment in accordance with facility policies and resident care plans

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a current Virginia State Certified Nursing Assistant License. Additional requirements include:

* Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

* At least 1 year of experience as a CNA is preferred.
