We are a busy interventional pain management practice looking for a strong, reliable Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment. Must follow physician schedule to 2 ASC's and Mount Juliet, Murfreesboro, and Brentwood clinics
What You’ll Do
Room patients and obtain vital signs, pain scores, and relevant history Assist physicians during interventional procedures (injections, nerve blocks, RF ablations, spinal cord stimulator trials, etc.) Prepare procedure rooms, set up sterile fields, and ensure proper instrument readiness Document procedures accurately in the EMR,ECW preferred Manage pre- and post-procedure patient instructions and follow-up Handle prior authorizations, referrals, and insurance-related tasks Support clinic flow so physicians can stay focused on patient care What We’re Looking For
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred Experience in interventional pain, orthopedics, spine, or surgical setting is a strong plus Comfortable working in a procedure-heavy environment Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor with patients who are often in significant pain Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask without missing details Reliable, team-oriented, and able to keep up with a high-volume clinic Why Join Us
