Your Role & Responsibilities: * Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. * Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans. * Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation. * Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support. * Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care.

Qualifications: * Active KY Licensed Practical Nurse License * 2-3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred * Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
