Our team combines hands-on clinical expertise and high-quality care directly to the patient—where they live and heal best. Position Overview Cityscape Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Clinical Assistant to support our providers in delivering high-quality wound care services across clinic and in-home settings. This role works directly alongside Nurse Practitioners and physicians, assisting with patient flow, documentation, and overall visit efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is comfortable traveling. Responsibilities: * Travel with providers to patient visits (clinic and in-home settings) * Help position patients and support providers during visits as needed * Ensure providers have all necessary supplies and information for each patient * Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment * Support real-time charting within our EMR system during patient visits * Accurately document visit details, treatments, and provider notes * Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted timely * Assist with scheduling coordination and daily route preparation * Maintain organization of supplies and inventory for mobile visits * Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs and updates * Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable with technology and real-time documentation * Ability to work closely with providers and adapt to a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Schedule * Pay: Starting at $20/hour * Full-time opportunity with consistent daytime scheduling * Travel throughout the Omaha and surrounding areas required
