LOCATION: On-site in San Juan Capistrano, CA
Compensation: $185,000 - $191,000 annually.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Nursing Supervisor III is a key clinical leader responsible for overseeing a regional nursing team, including LVN/LPNs, CMAs, and Medical Coordinators. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant care across multiple residential settings, while upholding AMFM Healthcare’s standards of ethics, quality, and patient-centered treatment.
You’ll partner closely with clinical, medical, and operations teams to support our mission of delivering exceptional care to adults navigating mental health challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary nursing team across multiple facilities * Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, and staff development * Ensure all clients receive care and medications as prescribed, with accurate documentation and auditing * Maintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and AMFM policies * Conduct assessments, oversee medication management, and support infection control practices * Collaborate with regional providers and internal teams to coordinate comprehensive client care * Monitor clinical documentation and uphold the integrity of the electronic health record (EHR) system * Serve as an on-call resource for nursing and medical teams within the region

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in California * Minimum 3+ years of experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting * Strong leadership experience supervising nursing or medical support staff * Knowledge of clinical operations, medication management, and regulatory compliance * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * CPR/First Aid Certification and current TB clearance * Valid driver’s license with insurability per company policy
