Join Our Team:
Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Watson Primary Care office located at 7419 Watson Road.
Opportunity:
* Full-time opening * Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * No nights, weekends, or holidays * Prefer 1+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, but a strong new grad will be considered * Outpatient focused clinical practice
Day-to-Day:
* Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members * Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients * Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions * Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner * Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education * Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen) * Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team * Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing * Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility) * Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility) * Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills * Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
