Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) Location and Role Details Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary The work is practical: meet with clients, understand what is getting in the way, and help them build a plan they can follow. This role is a fit for a social work clinician who can balance clinical insight with clear, useful care planning. Your day will include scheduled sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and steady follow-up with clients in Arkansas. This role is designed for dependable care, clear expectations, and a therapist who follows through. Responsibilities · Support clients through grief, stress, trauma-related concerns, adjustment challenges, and mood symptoms · Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards · Manage a full-time telehealth caseload with reliable follow-through · Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and care updates · Active Arkansas LCSW license in good standing · Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication · Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload · Ability to support clients with both emotional concerns and practical life stressors · Clear writing skills and a reliable private workspace for virtual sessions · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours Use your clinical social work experience in a role built around consistent client support and dependable structure.
