Description LTC Nurse - 5x8 Night Shift - $50+ an hour! WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. As an RN in LTC, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of residents, managing chronic conditions, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of care. Experience in Long-Term Care or skilled nursing facility preferred. Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
