FTE: 0.800000 Standard Hours: 32.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Mon - Fri, set your own schedule with needs of patients Holidays: 1/year in acute care Weekends: 7-8/year in acute care Job Summary: Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician’s orders. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 2 years occupational therapy experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor’s degree). LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Wisconsin state license or eligible as a Occupational Therapist is required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 30 days of hire.
