Position: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Primary Care) Overview & Highlights Location: Florence, Arizona Schedule: Full-time, 4x10 schedule — Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Compensation: Base salary ranging from $110k + $12k rural stipend + productivity Patient Volume: Approximately 25–30 patients per day Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine — treating patients of all ages Work-Life Balance: No weekends and Mondays off every week Location & Logistics Work Environment: Established outpatient Family Medicine clinic serving a medically complex patient population Coverage Model: Independent and collaborative provider model with support from clinical and administrative staff Travel: No routine travel required On-Call: No weekend coverage at this site About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is a high-volume outpatient Family Medicine opportunity for a provider who enjoys seeing a broad range of patients across the lifespan. You’ll manage acute visits, chronic disease follow-up, preventive care, and continuity-based primary care in a fast-paced clinic environment. The Florence location serves a medically complex patient population, making this an especially strong fit for providers who enjoy clinical variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships. Providers here are expected to balance efficiency with thoughtful patient care while collaborating closely with support staff and fellow clinicians. You’ll work four extended clinic days each week, allowing for a consistent schedule and a built-in three-day weekend every week. The role offers strong exposure to comprehensive outpatient medicine while maintaining predictable hours and no weekend responsibilities. New graduates who are already licensed in Arizona are welcome to apply. However, candidates with prior Family Medicine or Primary Care experience will be especially well positioned for success in this setting.
