About the Role We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Dental Hygienist who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and helping us make a positive impact in our community. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform oral health assessments, review medical histories, and complete dental charting. Remove plaque, calculus, and stains through preventive dental cleanings. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and assist with diagnostic procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices. Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants. Perform periodontal charting and monitor gum health. Conduct oral cancer screenings. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist in creating a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment. Collaborate with dentists and team members to provide exceptional patient care. Follow infection control and sterilization protocols. Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene and patient care. Qualifications Current Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist license. CPR certification required. Local anesthesia certification preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills. Comfortable using dental practice management software. New graduates welcome.
