Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location and Role Details Location: Lowell, Massachusetts Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary This role is for a clinician who wants steady client work without turning every day into a commute. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), you will combine clinical therapy skills with an understanding of the real-life stressors clients bring into care. You will serve clients connected to Massachusetts through secure telehealth sessions, keeping care accessible from a private remote workspace. This is a good match for someone who wants remote work without losing the human side of therapy. Responsibilities · Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps · Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards · Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed · Protect client privacy and maintain ethical remote practice standards · Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing · Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program · Clinical experience providing therapy, behavioral health support, or outpatient mental health services · Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication · Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours Bring your LICSW experience to a remote role where practical care and client progress guide the day.
