Description PharmcareUSA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our overnight team!We are seeking an energetic, Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to become part of our team. Experience with insurance, prior authorization, and adjudication preferred. Data entry skills are a must! This position is specifically for the overnight shift, 7days on, 7 days off.***Competitive Pay Rates***Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with some matching, Life Insurance, FSA/HSA, Paid Time Off & Holidays available for Full Time employees. Receive in-coming phone calls; research issues, problem solve and provide exceptional customer service Perform basic administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typing Maintain excellent attendance to schedules; stay on task Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Process all charges generated by the department; work from the medication profile, individual charge cards and floor stock forms Type all correspondence for the department Establish and maintain office and general files for the department
Requirements Job Specifications:
Critical Evaluation Communication Relationship Management Ethical Practice Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PPT Excellent communication and organization skills
Physical Demands:
Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as calculators, copy machines and printers up to 100% of the time; Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person; Must be able to see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others with or without correction; This position is very active and requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and stooping; Must be able to lift and/or transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds, up to 10% of the time; Must be able to tolerate normal office/pharmacy environment and exposure to various medications PharmcareUSA is a national, closed- door, long term care pharmacy business with locations in multiple states.
