Remote Clinical Social Worker | LCSW Teletherapy Position Location: Kentucky Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is ready to provide therapy through a professional telehealth model. This role centers on meaningful clinical work: understanding client concerns, identifying treatment needs, delivering therapy, and helping clients build healthier patterns over time. You will work with individuals facing a range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. The position is remote, but the work remains highly personal, structured, and clinically grounded. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy through a secure virtual platform Complete initial clinical assessments and gather background information Identify symptoms, client strengths, risk factors, and support needs Build treatment plans that are realistic, clear, and clinically appropriate Deliver therapy using evidence-informed methods suited to each client Help clients work through emotional strain, behavioral patterns, and daily stressors Monitor progress and discuss next steps throughout treatment Complete progress notes and clinical records within required timelines Follow all Kentucky licensure rules and telehealth care expectations Refer clients to additional resources or higher levels of care when needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services Comfortable working with clients through video-based care Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills Familiarity with HIPAA and ethical telehealth practices Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote position Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full benefits package Supportive administrative structure If you are ready to bring your clinical social work experience into a well-structured remote role, we would be glad to consider your application.
